Beautiful get away for some baseball

We rented this property while our son played at Cooperstown Dreamspark. It’s 22 minutes away and it’s a beautiful drive! We enjoyed the canoe ( with adult and child life jackets). My husband bought a fishing license online then purchased fishing poles and bait at the General store. Many fish caught off the dock. The balcony has plenty of seating. The living room has a nice big TV. There is a new washer and dryer . The kitchen is well stocked. The bunk bed was perfect for my son- he had his own TV to enjoy. You can wake up to the sunrise in the bedrooms which have wall units for AC. We had 4 adults and 1 child. There is one bathroom so make sure you all get along and can compromise on sharing the bathroom. We loved this place. It was further than most of our teammates stayed but prettier and made our baseball vacation more like a vacation. The owners answered all of our questions and were great to work with! I plan to stay here when we return in a few years! Love #campUnadilla

This amazing property was perfect for our stay while our son was playing in Cooperstown. The deck is in shade at 11:30am and makes for a great lounging area. Fishing was great off the dock and the kayaks are a great addition with the rental.

Great Lake house rental! Brian and Jennie were very friendly and personable, quick to respond with any questions we had, and the house was well equipped. The house was clean and updated nicely. We were there for the Cooperstown Dreams Park tourney which was a beautiful 20 minute drive away. Location right on the water was perfect for siblings and grandparents for fishing, kayaking, and grilling out. The beds were comfortable and cozy with extra soft blankets. A/C units worked great in each room when it got hot during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Brian and Jennie really made us feel welcome with personal touches like a welcome basket upon our arrival! Wow!!!

Lake Home hits one out of the park in every way possible

WOW! What an amazing week we had at the Unadilla Property, or as we referred to it during the week "The Lake Home". We stayed here while watching our son play baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
Everything in this home felt new and tastefully done. The home was updated and clean, with bedding and towels that were fluffy, white and new. The kitchen had everything, EVERYTHING !!! Some of the surprise and delights included cool coffee mugs, a vintage record player, new TVs with a decent sound system, different types of kayaks, and fishing right off the dock where we caught 12" bass and a 20" walleye. The home overall was better than described online at every turn.
We loved the drive (20 mins) to the ballpark with winding New York mountain roads sporting picturesque hills and valleys. We really enjoyed the drive back and forth to the park or into downtown Cooperstown. The owners had a super welcome package, and made great recommendations for places to eat. We enjoyed the choice of salads at Mel's 22, Omegang Brewery, and ice cream, cobb salad and Philly cheesesteak at Jerry's. What a great vacation, and the baseball experience was one in a lifetime. Our son played his best ever as many of the boys had a similar experience. Our team finished in the top 20 which was also a blast. We will recommend this spot to anyone we know going into Cooperstown

Wonderful lakeside home!

Brian and Jennie have a wonderful lakefront home! Overall experience is great, from booking thru checkout. Very clean and super comfortable. Everywhere you go in the house you're looking right out at the lake, which is beautiful. The deck is almost in top of the water, and is a great place to hang out. Upon a arrival, we were welcomed by a very nice gift basket with several goodies.
This is a great place for Dreams Park families who will love the respite after the crazy down at the park.

We loved our stay here. The location is convenient to the nearby museums and other local attractions. Although we come up to that area somewhat regularly, there were restaurants on the hosts' recommended list that we had never been to. We tried a few of them, and they were great.
The cabin was clean, bright, and comfortable with lots of windows facing the lake. The house itself was literally right on the water. If you go, take binoculars - a great blue heron stayed on the boat dock several mornings during our stay, and a bald eagle flew right over our heads one night!

Lovely convenient lakefront cottage

Brian and Jen were gracious hosts; the packet they left was an informative and helpful overview of the area. The property is located quite conveniently to Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. It's lakefront location is naturally peaceful.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I visited over Veterans Day weekend. It was our first HomeAway/AirBNB experience and we LOVED it. The place had amazing views, was pristine, and felt like home. The only thing I wish was that we could use the fireplace (for ambience), however, you are so engulfed in the lake views that you don’t really end up missing it (still worth a full 5 stars)!!! The hosts were great and easy to talk to about restaurants and nearby hiking. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to stay there again!

So much I could say about this home, we rented it for a week for Cooperstown baseball and everything was amazing!! The drive was only 15 minutes, the house literally set on the lake, it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and we loved the basket of goodies left for us on the counter. Couldnt thank you enough!!
